Characteristic:

Using the 32 bit CPU full digital closed loop vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor.

Realization of electric control door opening and closing torque (adjustable) of the real-time control,to ensure passenger safety.

Open the door wide to eliminate restrictions,the principle can realize stepless open 600-3000mm wide.

With RS485 communication interface,can realize the remote communication and monitoring,by the upper machine synchronous control.

By synchronous belt mechanical transmission mode,which has the advantages of simple structure,noise reduction.

Function:

Overcurrent,overheating,overvoltage,undervoltage and various protecting functions.

To achieve a smooth opening and closing action:automatically adjust the output torque of the motor,the maximum output torque (adjustable) range,according to the transformation output torque running resistance is appropriate,be able to maintain a smooth opening and closing action.

The safe return of (anti clamping) function:in the closed process if pinching people,immediately change detection of torque feedback control system, such as closing force reaches the standard limit value,the automatic output of heavy door open signal,to ensure the safety of operator.

Can specify the position of acceleration and deceleration movement in the valve stroke.

Door width self learning function.
